27 days in transit for 1 pair of glasses and still not received. This is unacceptable from any state or country. Customer service does respond but they just tell you to wait. Shop elsewhere if you’re looking for a decent transit time. Maybe one day I’ll receive them.Update based on 9/13 reply: Others have mentioned on reviews that they would blame the shipping company which here they are blaming USPS. My tracking number SF6045855687185 is not a USPS tracking number so they are not at fault. The carrier they are using could be the problem I’m sure but blaming another company is not a solution. I’m in Southern California. USPS would not have my package ship to Los Angeles and then days later have it go up to San Francisco. Do not buy from Manlykicks. They will throw blame elsewhere and not on themselves.
These reading glasses are a lifesaver. I use them for both work and leisure, and they perform beautifully. The bifocal option is so convenient—I can type on my laptop and glance up at the screen across the room without swapping glasses. Manlykicks clearly pays attention to quality, comfort, and customer needs.
These are by far the best bifocal reading glasses I’ve ever owned. The clarity is perfect, and I don’t get that dizzy feeling when I move my head around like with other brands. The sporty frame design looks modern and feels durable. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was very professional. Highly recommended!
Please do yourself a favor and learn from my THREE - - YES 3 TERRIBLE experiences with them (all in one transaction). 1-They had a special going on (Buy 2 get the 3rd free). No exclusions. So I did that and they charged me full price for all 3 pairs. When I contacted them to challenge this, they said, "Since yours were special order they did not qualify for the deal." I asked for a refund - they refused.2-When I got all 3 pairs, all 3 were the wrong rx (and it wasn't even close). I asked for a refund and they offered me a 50% . Then they offered me 75% "credit", then I requested a 90% refund, to which they agreed. 3- Two months later (after continually following up regarding my refund), they refused...saying it was my fault (that I input the wrong rx into the order). This company is HORRIBLE. Do your business somewhere else.
Shipping was much faster than I expected. My order arrived in just a few days, and everything was packaged perfectly. The glasses themselves are outstanding—the progressive lenses are smooth, and the frame design is stylish. Overall, I had a very positive shopping experience and will definitely be back for more.
To be honest the lens didn't correct my vision as expected. I could see distance but as far as the close up vision they made my eyes feel funny and at times I couldn't focus on text and on my computer. And I sent the company a request for a refund and as yet I haven't heard back. My next step is to get paypal involved
Lens does not darken much at all making them useless in the sun. Magnification is ok for reading but not great for wearing around. You need to focus on a point to get clarity. If you are doing something like driving, this ends up just making everything more blurry. Shipping took 3 weeks also which is poor no matter where it comes from.
