Review Time
They took my money. Never received a confirmation or my order. Contacting them is not possible. Their phone is off and their given email address is discontinued. Received the glasses - finally - but they are not the prescription listed on the lens. It says 2.50. That's what I wear every day but I can't focus anything with those glasses.
I ordered reading glasses that said they were in stock four days ago and never recieved an order number or tracking but my CC was charged. I even paid for express shipping. I tried to contact them but no luck. I will soon contact my CC company for a cancellation if I don't hear back from them in another day or two. Very disappointed. Update, 1 day later. I have an order number and tracking code. Awaiting shipment now
the glasses I ordered were progressive prescription lense glasses.upon receiving them, the lense strength was very incorrect and I cannot use themI was only offered 30% refund which is total crap because i cannot use them.I just want a full refund as your website states for incorrect lenses.this is not my problem or fault as I wear glasses full time so I no my lenses strength prescription is correct.
