I chose expedited shipping based on the website's promise of delivery within 1-3 days. However, it has now been 7 days, and the crucial date I needed it for has passed without any updates on my order. Additionally, the website wouldn't allow me to add a gift note due to constant errors.

I had two items printed, a light hooded sweatshirt and a t-shirt. Both were printed flawlessly and matched my vision. The reason for 4 stars is the sweatshirt's fabric, which was misaligned on both arms. I'm unsure if this is how the supplier provides them, but it was disappointing. Thankfully, my partner can fix it! The t-shirt, however, is perfect with amazing color and fit. I plan to use the service again as I believe other products will be of higher quality. I adjusted my rating to 4 stars after receiving a response, with the only issue being the fabric misalignment, which I might not have noticed otherwise. Very comfortable and a great fit.
I expected my parcel by Christmas, but due to postal issues, it didn't arrive in December. I contacted customer service, who quickly offered a replacement via a faster courier. I appreciated this, and when the t-shirt finally arrived, the quality and material were excellent! (Definitely worth the wait!)
