I have purchased from them multiple times, in love the product, the quality, and the service! As a third-shifter with a sleep disorder I swear by manta masks and have bought multiple for loved ones on birthdays or Christmas. I own three masks myself, the first of which I purchased probably four years ago and it is still fully functional and in great condition, I only bought the initial extra to use when one needs to be laundered and my most recent purchase was the silk mask. I am a picky sleeper and I love their products!
I needed a sleep mask that blocks all light as I have one eye that doesn't close all the way. Despite using an eye ointment at night, my eye dries out causing migraines and sore eyes. Also (I know, I'm a lot lol), I need to listen to meditations or sleep stories to fall asleep. I ordered the Manta silk mask on the referral of my daughter. It was perfect for blocking out the light, however, I was using it with another headband/headphones for my sleep stories. The two together was just too annoying and it did not work. I didn't think I could exchange for the Manta Sound Mask as I had thrown out the packaging which is required for exchanges. I reached out via email and was lucky enough to get Kristy. She was amazing and only wanted to ensure my sleep was of the utmost importance. She created a new invoice for me for only the difference in the pricing as well as a discount. I can say I am sleeping so much better now and I can't recommend Manta Sleep enough. Thank you so much and Kristy is the best!!
I love Manta products, the earplugs are the exception. They are comfortable. That’s it. Be aware of what you receive. Five sets of earplugs of which only one pair will fit your ear properly. I guess you give the remaining four pairs to your friends. These are priced way too high!

If you're considering a purchase based on the 'risk-free' promise, be careful—it usually doesn't apply.
