I purchased what was advertised as an undereye product. I got a supposed 'deal' for two units, but it took more than six weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, the product did not work at all. They promised a refund, but I haven't received anything. I'm really frustrated for being misled. The product was heavily promoted on social media. Total disappointment.
I read several reviews about GGV Lab, and I experienced the same issues. They offered ridiculous refunds and provided tracking numbers that don’t work. I ordered on October 26, and it’s now November 19 with no product. They claimed delivery was signed for, but they can't provide details. They are a complete SCAM taking money without delivering.

This is an absolute scam. The items purchased do not work as advertised. Trying to get a refund has been a hassle, as they just offer a small refund to keep the items. I'm wasting time emailing back and forth without receiving a return address. I will escalate this issue.
The social media video talks about a well-known product, but these scammers misuse the videos and link to their own site. I've learned the hard way! They don't issue refunds either. Always listen carefully to the video, as they often reference a reputable brand to mislead buyers. I’ve reported them, but nothing seems to happen.
I have sent multiple emails with no real answers, and the phone number doesn’t work. They provided a tracking number that leads to an unrelated site. I am still waiting for my order after 5 days and fear I will have to consider this a lesson learned.
This is a total rip-off that uses real company images and videos. Their products are ineffective. The return process is complicated and designed to make you give up. They initially offered a small refund to keep their worthless product, then doubled it when I refused. They claimed they couldn't process a full refund unless I provided a tracking number. After threatening to report them, they finally provided their return address. It’s been 6 weeks, and despite their claims of issuing a refund, nothing has arrived. If I could rate them zero, I would. At least I have their address now. What a nightmare! Avoid!
I previously reviewed my order of two eye products and confirmed that this company is a scam. I used a payment service and initiated a dispute, successfully getting my first payment refunded. I refused to pay the second installment. It feels good to expose this SCAM company, which has now changed its name. BEWARE - do not purchase from them!
