I had a great experience with Mark Hill customer service after receiving a faulty hairdryer from Boots at Christmas. They were so helpful and made the whole process really easy. Instead of just replacing the item, they sent me a whole new set, which was such a lovely surprise. Amazing customer service. I couldn’t fault them at all.
Excellent service. Had a problem with a parcel that EVRI lost, which i purchased from Mark Hill. I contacted them by email and they answered very quickly. They sent me a replacement for the missing parcel . Very impressed with their response and help.
