Danske bank in Portodown lied, cheated, did not provide services, although they promised to provide them. They led me by the nose, forced me to call somewhere and report the pin code. They do some kind of machinations with the money I deposited. This is the worst bank. Do not keep your money there, because it can disappear from the bank. Young kids with absolutely no skills were hired into the bank. Maybe their plan is to disrupt the banks' operations so that people don't visit banks.

No danske presence in Ballynahinch hub

No danske presence in Ballynahinch hub, had to go to Lisburn, 25 minute wait to see assistant. Customer’s time not important.

I find Danske Bank staff especially…

I find Danske Bank staff especially kind +helpful. I am really pleased with the service at Comber Banking Hub where Danske Bank staff are available to help + advise on Wednesdays. The online service just gets better with practise. Also there is good scam prevention provided. Thankyou, Danske Bank.

Tried to make a £200 P2P transfer on…

Tried to make a £200 P2P transfer on Binance to play on my crypto casinos around midnight when my money went in.The payment was executed and taken from my account; yet the USDT crypto seller couldn't release my crypto as he had not received the transfer to his account.This caused an appeal to be opened on Binance (by the seller) and some major embarrassment to me.I showed him proof of the transfer and insisted it must be an error on his end.So I contacted Danske to see what had happened and was told there was a "Manual Handling" put on the transfer meaning it was flagged as a "High Risk" transfer and to ring at 9am.After ringing at 9am I was told she would NOT authorize the payment despite my insistence that she make the payment and that the seller was trusted...I commented that my past P2P transactions on Binance I received a OTP txt message to confirm it was me attempting to make the pyment and why I did not get it this time?She came up with some BS excuse.I told her she had NO RIGHT to tell me who or how I can and can not spend my money and if I fell vitim of fraud due to this transaction then that is my responsibility and not hers.It goes to show that Crytpto currencies are a huge threat to banking institutions despite me using it for gambling.What next? Red flagging gambling sites? Would not be surprised!I think I will be putting as much of my money into crytpto currencies from this point forward to get away from this financial dictatorship of the banking institutions!!!There is no excuse for not executing a payment I explicitly told her to execute...IT'S OUR MONEY!!!I have since switched banks for my income to go into.

Very poor customer service went to to pay a cheque was told that they could not take this why it my money in my account after a chat with the another staff member it was OK, then tried to order a cheque book as some company's only take a cheque 20 minutes later I got want I wanted. Not the first time had problems with ballymoney bank ,will use Ballymena in future

I have a DK account with them

I have a DK account with them, and would suggest trying some of the other banks available in Denmark. Poor customer service, and not really set up for International Banking, or Banking in the modern era.

Very poor service

International transfer went wrong the bank was difficult to contact as the transfer had been done in a branch any queries had to be at the branch the contact centre could only e mail the branch and wait for them to come back When you went int the branch they could not speak directly to the international division so was left high and dry in the end it took over a month to resolve As a result I left Danske after banking with northern and then Danske since 1970
