I called marsh finance on the 4th October to discuss my financial difficulties and marsh was very understanding and very formative. Morgan my adviser is very helpful, friendly and professional. It's an absolute pleasure to be involved with a wonderful company.
Called as got worried due to a text and email saying my account was in arrears when it wasn’t. Spoke with an advisor, she reassured me and told me it was an automated message due to my account being paid via standing order and over the weekend, the system sends an automated message. Reassurance was given. Happy with the outcome.
