Best products for the money

I really recommend this store

I really recommend this store. Very attractive prices. Even after currency conversion it is much cheaper than in Polish stores with lamps for plants. I bought Mars Hydro FC 4000-EVO Samsung LM301H for my citrus trees. I have to wait for the effects of lighting. The lamp was shipped very quickly. The Smart Connector took a bit longer to ship. But everything works great. The Connector catches Wi-Fi even in a separate building.

I bought a 6 inch filter from them on…

I bought a 6 inch filter from them on Black Friday. Overall, the filter is 5 stars in terms of price-quality. Unfortunately, the filter I received was defective. One of the suspension brackets is bent. This does not interfere with the functionality, but I can't say that the quality is uncompromising. In my opinion, a self-respecting company should not send defective products even on Black Friday.The delivery was reasonable.In conclusion, it is worth shopping at Mars Hydro if you are not worried about minor cosmetic defects.

Bad products, good shipping

Shipping is fast and good. Products with intelligent control (lamps and ventilation in my case) are utterly horrible. Humidity is sometimes off by 10%, temperature by 1%. The lamps with additional usb-stick for Wifi dont work correctly if you touch the stick even the slightes bit, e.g. by closing the tent. The app from MarsHydro is a really bad joke thats just exist to sell "intelligent control" products.

Purchase and delivery was quick and easy. I bought the whole set in sale, good price and so far good quality. Would recommendThe App that needs to be installed to get Access to the Wifi-Adapter is a bit tricky to get started with at first, could need some work, and the translation is horrible. But after some time it worked just fine.

Great value for money Excellent customer service

Great value for money on almost all products.VERY impressed by the EC fans (only tried the 4")Samsung EVO works great, Great tents etc etc.The only grief I have with Mars Hydro is that their Mars Hydro app is a bit buggy but since they keep developing in all other areas I'm assuming this will be a great product sooner than later.The app problems would make me deduct a star from the review but Randi at customer support has been so great I'm putting the star back for a full 5/5!!
