Review Time
It is the third time I ordered, and the third time they fail as support. First time they did not send the promised Goodie, but a cheap knockoff, which they did not admit, a 650 euro order, with a 20 euro goodie... Second time the did not declare the functions regarding connectivity on the product page clearly, and again, they do not admit it. Third time now, again connectivity issues of 'old' lights, instead of helping a long time customer, they try to "bribe" you with a 5% coupon, saying that's the best they can do, but at the same time, they offer a 10% coupon on the website for everybody. So they try to get rid of you is the experience I get. You bought it, you're on your own now... And, two stars only because the product aren't that bad, otherwise... 0P.S.: sending an e-mail stating, I get reward point if I leave a positive review, makes it even worse.

I love the LED light i bought from Mars Hydro .BUT when i bought the LED i did not sign up for any marketing / review etc emails and i did not give Marshydro premission to use my data for marketing.But they do and they keep sending me emails even when i have unsuscribed and asked them to delete my data .Love the led but your marketing/sales teams should respect the customer.

Crazy good in every aspect you can imagine. If someone wants to get some stuff for plants, thats my Go to! I will absolutely support this "perfect" brand!! it was my first time I needed choose a grow system and Mars hydro was afterr I compared all what I needed price/quality/sortiment the best way to start my tent growing life. everything was delivered very fast even abroad and all products are exactly as it was written. I am happy with my buying and looking forward to buy new stuff as are IA, dehumidifier or all in one somerhing what can cleary setu up my VPD without any other products. on the end, I would recomend it to all of you
First light I got 3 years ago. The driver went. They told me they could send a new one if I paid for shipping. I did. They then told me they don't have any stock and to buy a new one. Hesitantly I did. The dimmer didn't work. They said I'd have to send back the whole item as they don't keep stock of a replacement driver. Asked for a refund and they said I had to ship it myself. After many arguments they finally arranged shipping. After they received it, it took them nearly 3 weeks to issue the refund. Will never use them again.
