It's the Chinese CCJK agency under a different guise. I'm a freelance translator, and after registering on the website, I was contacted by a Chinese manager with bad English who told me the highest rate for my language is USD 0.04, and they won't pay me more than that (while the price they charge the clients for my language is USD 0.14 to 0.17!). Out of every batch of questions I asked, she preferred to only answer one (and it usually took her three to six days). She also told me that I had to take an online timed "exam" for every subject area I listed (IT, Gaming, Marketing, etc. - about 8 altogether), and that she would activate the exams herself. You won't believe it, but I actually agreed, and she activated the exams - first two at a time, than one, but still not my main specializations which I had highlighted at the very beginning. After I successfully took two "exams", I had enough of that and asked her to activate the one for the subject area I prefer. Still no reply - and no work either. Beware!
