Like you, I was skeptical of a large purchase online. What I will have to say is first that the sales rep (bernie) was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff. What earned my trust is he wasn't trying to upsell me or pushy. He answered a lot of questions about chairs and helped me understand so i can make my decision. Secondly, he cared enough that it wasn't just about the order. He followed through until the chair was in my house. It is rare to find a stop like this with an online prsense that they follow through. Earned my trust (purchase is very $$$ kyota chair).

I’m a taller guy at 6’2”, and this chair fits me perfectly—it supports up to 6’5”, so I have no issues with comfort or reach. One of my favorite features is the kneading and sync massage modes—they hit all the right spots and really loosen up tight muscles after sitting at a desk or working outside. My wife loves the ability to create and save her own custom massage settings. We use this chair almost every day now.The calf kneading and triple foot rollers are another standout. I never realized how much tension I was holding in my legs and feet until I used this chair. The heat therapy in the lower back is just the icing on the cake—perfect for those cooler evenings or after yard work. The built-in Bluetooth speakers, voice controls, and memory settings make the experience feel high-end, and the chair is extremely quiet and smooth in operation. Even the assembly process was straightforward, thanks to the helpful video Rick provided.All in all, this has been a fantastic investment.
