Terrible customer support experience.

The customer support is extremely lacking. I was given a subscription as a gift, but when I attempted to redeem it, I was directed to a 404 error page. The AI chatbot was of no assistance, email support was a frustrating cycle, and phone support was not helpful at all. I have previously enjoyed the service, but the support has become a significant issue. They could certainly improve, but it seems they have relied too much on AI, resulting in a negative experience that overshadows any benefits.

Excellent support despite my oversight

Although I had used a different email, their AI responded in a genuinely empathetic and courteous manner, addressing my concerns and advising me to use the email linked to my account for better assistance. I followed their guidance, and after one more interaction with AI support, I received a heartfelt email from a representative the next day along with my refund. I truly wish I could rate this experience higher than 5 stars.

Awful customer service experience

I signed up for a yearly subscription and chose the highest plan. I received a welcome email offering an upgrade, but my account shows a lower plan. They charged me in a foreign currency, and I can't access my account. I've tried contacting support but haven't received any help. It's been a nightmare.

Beware of this scam!

I signed up for a year but only used it minimally according to their stats. They auto-renewed my account for $131.00 without a refund. The renewal details were hidden, making it impossible to notice. I'm so disappointed as I never received any notification about the renewal.

It's a total scam

This is a total scam. I paid for a year but couldn't log in or reset my password. The automated customer service just goes in circles and has stopped responding. I had to write off the subscription fee and cancel my card since I can't log in to cancel my subscription. What a joke.

Do not trust them with your card

I bought a one-year gift subscription and never opted for auto-renew. They charged me for another year without notifying me. I'm now in a dispute with my credit card company and may have to cancel my card to prevent further charges. I wish I had read the reviews before giving them my card details.
