The AI chatbot was of no assistance, email support was a frustrating cycle, and phone support was not helpful at all. I have previously enjoyed the service, but the support has become a significant issue. They could certainly improve, but it seems they have relied too much on AI, resulting in a negative experience that overshadows any benefits.

It is essential for subscribers to have a clear chance to cancel before facing an unexpected $194 charge on their credit card. A single email per month is insufficient. This feels like a deceptive tactic to exploit consumers, particularly since I never utilized the service.
