I have lived here for just over a year now and I can honestly say its the best thing I did in buying a flat here. The manager is wonderful and I have great neighbours that I can rely on if needed.
There is always something going on to keep me busy and I always look forward to the events here.
Visiting Trinity lodge, Formby. The guest suite stay was just fabulous.. lovely spacious room with everything you need. The lodge manager Mark, smart and cheerful, made sure everything was in place for our arrival and look after us through the 2 days stay. We would definitely recommend and will be back soon!!
Karen has been so helpful. She has answered each question and has been professional, caring and competent. Her responsiveness and attention to detail is second to none. She has been very understanding of the issues that arranging things from a distance, raises. An excellent service, we feel very comfortable with our Aunt moving in, under Karen’s care.

I've been at Tregolls Lodge for eight years now. Our current management has addressed any issues, whether during office hours or after, ensuring minimal disruption for the owners. The lodge has recently undergone several upgrades, significantly enhancing our experience. Our gardens receive regular maintenance. There are many activities within the lodge; for instance, I lead our well-known Book Club, both nationally and internationally. The Guest Suite is consistently clean and well-stocked, making it a fantastic asset when family, friends, and authors visit. Plus, the location is just a five-minute walk to the town center. The service always strives to secure the best prices for any external work needed.
My mother resides in an apartment managed by the company in Diss, Norfolk. The lodge manager goes above and beyond to assist the residents. Without her support, my mother would struggle to participate in many activities. Given my mother's disability, the help she provides is invaluable. She is greatly appreciated, and we couldn't ask for more.
I currently reside at a welcoming lodge on Shipbourne Road. It's a very friendly place, largely thanks to the lodge manager, who goes above and beyond in her role. She provides daily guidance and is always willing to help. Her expertise in her craft is impressive.

Her patience and enthusiasm in her role are greatly appreciated by the apartment owners.
For the past five weeks, we've been engaged in the external cleaning of a certain lodge. Each morning, we were warmly welcomed by the manager with a cup of coffee. It’s a very welcoming environment where all the residents were friendly and accommodating.
The Manager at the lodge is incredibly supportive and goes above and beyond to assist residents as needed, ensuring everything operates smoothly. Her professionalism, along with her excellent organizational and communication skills, truly stands out.
