Extremely unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional. The staff was rude and impolite. The tropical fish I purchased rarely arrive healthy and usually die within the first week.

Issue with delivery been stolen…but

Had an issue with delivery been stolen not maxi zoos issue yet a very nice girl Leticia arranged for a full refund was not expecting that. Now all they have to do is stock 10kg bags like zooplus!
