Ordered Medica dog food x 36 tins at €95. Week has gone past emailed both emails available including customer care. Status of package online is ‘unknown’ but money left my account in under 5 seconds. They blame fluctuating stock and various IT ailments but that’s been going on for 3 years.
Maxi Zoo offers delivery within one to three days, as advertised on all websites. Unfortunately, I've ordered several times and the package never arrived on time. There was always a delivery problem, and the blame was placed on DPD. DPD explains that they never receive full customer contact information. Overall, a negative experience.
