I left a negative review a few days ago, and the situation remains unresolved. Although one of the missing items was redelivered, the other missing items still haven't arrived. The reorder for two bags of cat litter hasn't been completed. I requested a refund for these items, which has been pending since November 26! I haven't received any confirmation about the refund and I'm tired of calling about this.
I have placed several online orders for pet food, and they consistently arrive quickly. On one occasion, the wrong flavor was sent, but the support team was very helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, I find them to be very reliable.
