This was the first time my car had been into MB Jarvie and I was very impressed! The organisation of everything prior to arrival was second to none, even down to the way they are dealing with current circumstances in the non contact key drop off and sign in before you arrive! It felt secure and safe.I dealt with a man called Adam and he was very helpful and welcoming—a nice change to what I’ve experienced at other Glasgow garages! I dropped my car in the morning and by early afternoon I received a very thorough and detailed PDF report outlining exactly what was wrong with my car. It was in for a wheel alignment.I picked up my car and the alignment was sorted however there was still a slight pull only noticeable when I started to drive on the motorway. I returned my car into the garage for further work and they had no issues at all with rechecking alignment free of charge.My car now runs better than ever and will definitely be back!
My experience started with excellent communication and throughout the period my vehicle was in the garage. The Hunter wheel alignment vastly improved my cars behaviour on the road, well worth the money. The icing on this particular cake was a detailed inspection and full service, all filters and fluids replaced, injectors cleaned and faulty bulbs replaced. I will use M.B. Jarvie Limited for all my future car mechanicals.Thank you.
