Parked up. Went onto the app - it would not allow me to enter the vehicle registration so wouldn't take payment. I whatsapp the helpline and they confirmed the app had glitches and they were trying to fix. I emailed asking how to pay via an alternative method. There is no number to call. I emailed a 2nd time. No reply. I whatsapped again and just got auto response. I was late for meeting so ran to meeting. Nobody got back to me until 2 days later and then said it was too late to pay. THere were no machines in the car park. All of this is confirmed, in writing, and they confirmed themselves that there was no way to pay. Still got £100 fine. Appealed with the whatsapp messages, emails all as proof of my attempt to pay and their confirmation that it was impossible to pay. But refused my appeal.
Really poor customer service. I paid £15 for parking at a hotel but then was told by the hotel it was free for 3 hours. I stayed 1.5 hrs and contacted evology for a refund as advised by the hotel. After 3 days I heard back via email and evology states they do not process refunds and that the signage in the carpark was clear - it wasn’t . I have requested this is escalated but don’t hold up much hope given the poor quality of the response.
Total waste of time. Wanted to just pay after waiting 4 hours for my appointment at John Ratcliffe Hospital. Does not allow payment via website so have to download another rubbish app that I hope I never have to use again. With no choice for anything else, I downloaded the app. Put in all my details but then when I tried to enter reg number it would not go any further, I kept trying all different ways with no success!! Left with no choice i had to drive to another car park as that was only one with a pay station. No spaces to park so just had to dump my car with hazards on and finally make the payment of £8.00!!! For 15 minute appointment that took me almost 4 hours through no fault of my own. Absolutely appalling!!!
I pre-booked parking but the car park was impossible to reach. Based on the postcode provided by Evology, sat nav tried to take us to a completely different street and indicated we had to walk to the car park!When we used a map instead of sat nav, we kept being met by buses/cycles only, and so were driving around in fruitless circles for a long time. We ended up parking elsewhere as otherwise would have been late.Evology did not provide any information about directions to the car park, which are definitely needed as neither sat nav, nor humans, can find it.Evology have refused to refund my payment. It feels like a scam and I would completely avoid this company.
This country is absolutely falling apart. No surprise our local hospital has chosen a parking contractor that is totally not fit for purpose. I just paid to pre-book at the hospital and got a receipt for an entirely different location in the town. You can't speak to a human. So when you are dealing with stressful family circumstances this just compounds it. Disgusted.
Took payment for a parking they do not have the rights to manage!! Searching for a site ID "worked" but then it turned out that they do not manage it. I tried contacting them but their AI "assistant did absolutely nothing!.. Complete waste of time and money!!..
I got charged wrongly by the Evology app. Customer services couldn't help, had no complaints process, said didn't manage the money and couldn't give me the contact of who did. Atrocious. Staggered that reputable companies deal with them. I paid for parking before even leaving for two hours as responsible citizen in radcliff hospital oxford. As in hospital unfortunately i had to stay for 3 hours. Although I already paid for 2 hours it was still charging me for another 3 hours. I called customer service and they deal with ev charging only and there is no way to contact then,only way is send them a query through website. And what should one do then at this point? I have sent them the query as well. No response yet. If you cannot manage the parkings and help the customers you need to shut down the company. I paid earlier than I should as responsible person but this is what is happening. You people should be taken to court. I dont know why they give you the contracts to operate if you dont have enough staff to deal with the problems. Unfortunately there arent any options available to park in hospital. But you people must be taken into court.
