Great service. First time at MBJ. Great service, took CL in for full wheel alignment, all done quickly and efficiently with good comunication as work progressed and feedback on the results. Adam is an enthusiast and it showed in his knowledge of the marque and advice given.Covid arrangements both before and the drop off well thought out. Definitely use MBJ again.

I have used MB Jarvie for a number of years now (~5 years) after an accidental discovery of the garage following a very bad experience at another garage that had left my car in a terrible non-driving state. At that time they were quick to diagnose the problem (which another garage had not resolved in over 2 weeks of having the car), were professional in their approach and maintained an excellent customer service. All this whilst not turning their noses at my beat up old car which didn't quite fit into their German performance car field of expertise.These things have still not changed in the time I have been using them. The team are always very clear in explaining issues they find, courteous, and very obviously excellent mechanics rather than part changers which a lot of garages seem to have become.The only criticism that can be leveled against them is that they are not the cheapest garage available. This is not to say that they don't provide value however as the costs are often associated with them fitting genuine parts rather than cheap knockoffs and paying for well qualified mechanics who know what they're doing. In a day and age where it is often difficult to find a good trustworthy garage I would highly recommend taking your business here.
