Clearly all the apparel or items online are just part of the scam to collect funds from customers to create the give aways. I have purchased a tank top in the past, some car air fresheners and a long sleeve golf shirt for my boyfriend for fathers day. The shirt was too small, I paid $80 for it and NO ONE has responded to emails about asking for an exchange size. Shame that I spent $80 on an item that No one can use and no response from the team after several emails is very disrespectful and rude. No customer support. At this point, I think everything about their site is a scam. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
Owners blocked me on both Instagram and Facebook for point out how they use a third party “ Marden Kane “ to conclude giveaways. Not streamed, they pick winners as stated by their own rules “ pick “ not “ draw or roll “ for a winner. Also doesn’t do the giveaways live like any other trusted giveaway.
This company has benefited multiple lives, and mine as well, I messaged them on Instagram and Joanna responded kindly and has actively liked or replied daily, their team pulled me out of a horrible depression i was in just by simply talking to me, Im currently entered into the DCG of the Porsche 911 Gt3rs and winner or loser this company practically gave me a new reason and outlook on life, sometimes all it takes is someone to talk to, the fact that 80Eighty genuinely cares about it’s family and supporters just goes to show that as a company they’re genuine and pure, I couldn’t thank them enough for what they’ve already done for me, let alone what they’ve done for countless others, if you’re thinking about helping them or entering their giveaway do so, absolutely amazing people.
EDIT: Customer service got back to me and was able to cancel and refund the order due to the issue. I will be resubmitting the order and will edit again once my items arrive! I entered my email and phone number to get an extra 300 entries with purchase to their contest. The code wasn't working on my computer, so I clicked the link in the text they sent me and was using my phone. The bonus 300 entries weren't showing, so I was going back and forth between my text messages and the website to enter the code. When I came back to the website my keyboard disappeared right as I was typing the code and hit pay instead of the keys on the keyboard. I was needing to pay with a different card (A visa gift card) as this one didn't have enough on it for this purchase and the bills I have coming out. I contacted them within seconds of placing the order and received a prompt response basically telling me that all sales are final and that they would not refund me. I understand since this is a contest, so requested to keep the order but change the payment, but I haven't received any further communications. What a way to ruin my Christmas. If this isn't resolved by the morning, I will have to call my credit card company to reverse the charges.
