DO not take out home insurance with these cowboys cannot speak to anyone 2 weeks logged a claim for leak that is active they not done anything just sat on it. There is no support or emergency they will leave you to let your house fall down i was with rsa before regret leaving them and letting this mickey mouse company charge max premiums but take no action.

Lack of response after a break-in

I experienced a break-in on the 13th, and it's been over a week without any response to my claim. The emergency lock repair service is repeatedly contacting me, and the customer support team has called twice but hung up after a 20-minute wait. It's disappointing for such a well-known company.

Displeased with this service

Frustrating online platform

The online platform is very frustrating to navigate. I simply want to send an email to report issues I encounter, but it seems impossible. I don't want to interact with a virtual assistant or download an app; why can't I just send an email?

Payment issues due to system errors

I am trying to settle a debt for a family member, but I keep being told their systems are down and they can't process payments. I refuse to hang up as this happens every time, just so they can accrue more interest. Since it's not my account, I can't handle it online.
