My issue solved by McLaren - Prompt Care !

1st purchase experience via McLaren online ,I faced an issue in product BUT McLaren did great follow up and prompt action to keep me fully satisfied customer by end , would like to say Thanks for McLaren Customer Care team and top management since they did an extra mile satisfaction action for me as Loyal customer of McLaren ! Mia kept me informed during the complete process involved in addressing my particular issues. She went over and above in assisting me. Her professionalism, and knowledge of the steps needed to resolve my particular issue, were evident by her keeping me informed about each step taken during that process. Very quick resolution to my issue. Very impressed.

My order was lost in the post so I contacted McLaren customer service to report this. I was very concerned as I had waited a while and it was a gift for a birthday so time was running out. I received a response to my email within 5 minutes, a further response in another 5, and before I knew it a replacement item had been sent out. The shipping was even upgraded to next day and I received my package less than 24 hours later. Could not fault and was very, very impressed.Thank you!
