Ordered a McLaren Hoodie for my daughter, was never received due to Evri ‘losing’ the parcel, But after contacting McLaren about the item a representative called Mia responded fast and was very helpful and sorted the option of a replacement or a refund and I opted for the refund, Mia sorted the refund within minutes. This lady is a credit to your after sales department, although the outcome wasn’t what I wanted it was through no fault of the McLaren Store who could not have done any more, Thank you Mia
Customer service is outstanding! I emailed on Saturday regarding a query about a recent item purchased. I didnt expect a response until a business working day but received an email back within an hour. Adam was very prompt and professional and sorted everything out with ease. I can't thank him enough. I have one very happy boy with a new replacement bottle on its way. Thanks again.
They oversell their products, take your money and then cannot fulfil the order, leaving you chasing a refund.......I would not pay the extortionate delivery charges just for one item, but that's what ended up happening as they couldn't fulfil the whole order.
