Quick and responsive. After booking a flight online there was a problem with tariff view on Google Flight and a 6€ extra was due to be paid. They called me less than 1 min after clicking the issuing of the ticket to explain the situation and pay the extra.
All ended clearly. Efficient.

Transparency ends confusion

The pricing for flights is very deceptive. There are many hidden agendas, all designed to mislead, confuse and fleece the traveler. Martigo describes your baggage in pre-sales as 1 personal item, 1 X 20 kg checked bag, carry on 8 kg. After sales the description changes. Now it says, 1 X personal purpose, 1 X 20 kg checked bag, 8kg hand bag. maybe this is innocent enough why use different language? Keep things clear to end the ridiculous add on charges beloved of low cost carriers.
