Review Time
I purchased sunglasses during the sale, and although they were in stock, I received the wrong ones. After taking photos and arranging for a return, I was informed that a new order was created, and the glasses would be shipped the next day. However, my order was later canceled due to them being sold out. These were meant to be a gift, and I am frustrated with the lack of options provided to fulfill my order when new stock arrives. This experience has been quite disappointing.
had delivery issue and could not get package for a while, Emily was very kind and responded to me promptly also arrangwd for me to send alternative package and today recieved it fainally. Really great experience for me to engage with her to get support especially at the moment we had an issue. Thank you Emily your dedicated support for me and looking forward the next shopping time. btw, got FedEx advise that might be a root cause of this delivery delay was "Address2" was not printed on the shipping label thus they could not identify my location. Please aslo check whether "Address 2" field should be transferred properly to the carrier so that it can be shown as complete mailmaddress on the shipping label.
Had an issue thought it might have been a Black Friday scam as received no confirmation email but luckily took a screenshot of my order. Sent an email of which was answer initially by AI which answered sort of my query. Was then referred to a human, Mia, who replied quickly to my emails and my concerns of being scammed. And then one working day after email Mia replied explaining what had happened to my order and what would happen next. This was amazing and really made me feel less anxious. Thank you Mia very much appreciated!
I ordered a hoodie on the 19th November for a birthday present. Delivery was 3-5 Days. We are now the 2nd December (friends birthday). On the 20th November the status changed to “Ready to ship” and the status is still at “Ready to Ship”. I contacted the customer service email and it’s only Ai now and just kept apologising and saying they can’t cancel I will need to receive it and send it back. Safe to say I will not order anything from McLaren again.
Had an issue with an order that didn’t go thru and was ‘pending’ from my bank. Looks like I’d made 2 orders when there was only one. Bella messaged me back in less than 24 hours and sorted it straight away. No issues no problems. Customer service is second to none as ever. Thank you for putting my mind at rest.
I had placed an order but when I tried tacking the same, it kept saying that the order did not exist.
