Completely disorganized insurance service

This insurance service is a complete disaster; they canceled my policy because I supposedly didn’t inform them about a previous cancellation, which never happened as it was a renewal. I tried to communicate with someone over the phone, but the conversation was confusing, and we couldn't understand each other. I would definitely not recommend this service again.

Complete disaster of an insurance service

This insurance service is a complete disaster. They cancelled my policy without proper communication, claiming I didn't inform them about a cancellation when there was none. I tried reaching out via phone but struggled to understand the representative, and vice versa. I would never consider using this service again.

Avoid this service, it's not worth it

An awful experience from beginning to end. Even after providing proof of no claims multiple times and spending hours on hold, they now want to raise my premium or impose a cancellation fee. Save yourself the hassle and choose a reputable service instead.

Very dissatisfied with my experience

I am quite dissatisfied with my experience with this insurance provider. The customer service was lacking. I waited around 20 minutes for a response on the online chat, which is unacceptable for urgent help. Changing my vehicle on the policy was also very costly due to high admin fees. In fact, it was cheaper to start a new policy with another provider than to update my current one, which is telling. Speaking with a human representative was not much better; communication was tough, adding to my frustration. Based on this experience, I would not choose this provider again or recommend them.

Partial refund but fees for online changes are excessive

I previously expressed dissatisfaction regarding fees for changes and cancellations. The customer service team reached out and offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. However, I still believe that they should reconsider their policy on fees since £85 for a simple vehicle registration change and cancellation is excessive. Simple amendments should ideally be done online without incurring fees, as many other insurance providers do. This would foster customer loyalty. It's unfortunate that fee complaints are common among customers, and I hope the service takes note to retain more customers. I have adjusted my review to a mid-rating, acknowledging the company's effort to resolve my issue.
