Liars and scammers
Took forever with bunch of steps to finalize the order, (on feb 24th) to the point where i already regretted doing it.
Didn't pass the paiement on the day they were supposed to, caused a NSF fee, starts calling my phone and sends me a bunch of emails, to finally tell me they do have the amount, that it passed (wtf???) and wanted to schedule the delivery.
After not being able to explain to me why they mysteriously got the paiement (cause in my bank account it says it did NOT pass) i'm at a point where my trust is under zero and i then ask for a refund, if they really have my money.
The hick is i closed my bank account a week later (for something else that happened and thats why it caused an NSF when MDG tried to take the money)
March 6th, the guy is telling there's nothing he can do, it can only be refunded to my account. I tell him again he cant. And then poof, no answer.
All i wanted was a matress because mine keeps giving me backsprains....
The delivery service contacted me to confirm delivery, but the package never arrived. When I called them, they mentioned my order was lost and promised to call back, which they didn't. After two days, they advised me to reach out to the company to report the lost order. The company stated they needed to verify with the delivery service first. I received an email saying they were investigating the issue and would follow up. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied!
