Everything was great until it came time for the warranty. They picked and claimed the screen was cracked with clearly zero physical damage. Warranty claimed anything happens including water damage upon purchase. Now I know how much a fraud it really was. I will not return and I will defer anyone I know from them. Rediculous rates for garbage service
This was my second order from your company, and the process was even smoother than the first. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, the pricing was fair, and the payment method worked well for me. I’ve already recommended your company to others.
MDG Is A Scam. DO NOT Waste Your Time Believing That You’ll Get Any Of The Products On Their Website. At First, They Approve You After Putting In Your Personal Information. Then, When You Make A Purchase, You Put Your Bank Account Information Down And They Want You To Give Them Access To Your Bank Account From Their Website. Then, They Take Out The First Payment And When You Tell Them The Amount That Was Taken Out, They Tell You The Next Step Is The Verification Process. Mind You, Isn’t That Technically The Verification Process????? So Anywho, They Tell You To Call Them And They Ask You Questions Like “Do You Have Any Open Loans” And Tell You To Send Them A Copy Of Your Photo ID And Social Security Card. After You Do That, They Tell You How You’re No Longer Approved And They Cancel Your Order. And When You Call And Ask Them Why They Canceled The Order, They Tell You That Don’t Have To Tell People The Reason Why And If You Ask For A Manager Or Supervisor, They Tell You There Isn’t One. So I Will Be Filing A Lawsuit Because Now I’m Waiting For The Money They Took Out To Go Back In My Account. This Company Needs To Get Shut Down.
Do not apply to buy anything from them. I got approved, they charged my card, went back and forth with customer support, because they need to verify my identity. And on the day I called ( after they emailed me) to schedule the delivery, they told me “after I talk to my supervisor, unfortunately you are not approved anymore” with no explanation. So please, do not waste your time with them, because they will charge your card, asked for SS and DL pictures and then will tell you that you are not approved anymore. They are a joke and a scam.
Lydia from the sales department single handedly ruined the experience for me. On the mdg website it states not to send sensitive information via email. She demanded I send a copy of my ssn and id via email after they had already verified my bank account and everything else. I told her I refused to email documents. I would only supply them via secure link via their website. She insisted email was secure and chose to argue with me instead of directing me to the secure link. When I confronted her with screenshots of our conversation, she still somehow denied it lol. Her apathy and general disdain for customers is astounding. I'm just glad I was able to speak with someone else and get the order canceled before getting locked into a deal with this shady ass company.I have screenshots of every interaction with this company. I'd post them here if I could.
Terrible. My mom does not speak English and they told me she had provided wrong banking information yet she was still getting charged yet they were telling her she had to call to verify some information. They do not have anyone who speaks spanish which is fine, this is america but this does not sit right with me, they said they needed to speak with her directly and said I can’t translate on her behalf. Got charged twice and her TV she had ordered nowhere to be seen. Whole bunch of scammers I would give 0 stars if I could. This people take advantage of the language barrier, so unfair.
