Helpful explanation and quick resolve. I love these products I’ve been using mct creamer and protein powder for a couple of years. It helped me give up sugar in coffee. Great product
Willpowders is a lovely brand and tastes nice. However the protein products are misleading. They state they are a complete protein and amino acid profile which technically they are not if using to build muscle. I purchased based on this claim.
However it seems they are more like a collagen powder at best. Collagen is low in leucine
• Muscle protein synthesis needs a leucine threshold
• Bone broth + collagen does not reliably trigger that response
This product does make sense if your goal is:
• Joint support
• Tendons / ligaments
• Gut lining
• Skin / hair / nails
• Keto / low-carb calories (thanks to MCT fat)
It’s closer to a functional wellness protein, not a training protein.
Feel gutted I spent so much money on it but also my fault for not researching prior.
I think the marketing needs to be a bit more transparent.
This is not for muscle building like a conventional protein shake as advertised.
Bought the stash box - still working my way through all the amazing sachets - brain power and electrolytes are lovely and taste great with the added health benefits. So convenient too. Love them ❤️

I often experience high anxiety in the mornings, so I decided to take 2 capsules. After about 15-20 minutes, I realized I felt significantly calmer. The feeling of dread had vanished. I also took 2 capsules before bedtime and had a restful night. It's only been a few days, but anything that alleviates that terrible anxious feeling is a success for me. Additionally, I'm incorporating breathing exercises and starting meditation to enhance my overall calmness 😊
I haven't had the chance to try my first order of the product yet, as I'm still trying to find the delivery. It seems the postal service has misplaced my parcel, which is certainly not the company's fault, but it's still very disappointing, especially since I bought it based on a recommendation. I'm hopeful I'll be able to try it soon.
