The initial process went well, and I was accepted by an insurance provider. However, since then, they have been calling me daily, insisting that my application is incomplete. After informing them that I had completed it and requesting them to stop the calls, I ultimately had to block their number.
The eHealth insurance agent that took my call went above and beyond to answer my questions, display patience, and care about the customer (me!). I was confused and nervous about picking a health insurance plan this year. The agent explained the process and answered my questions in a way that was simple to understand. I am very thankful for her help.
I was so upset and discouraged I had lost my job after 5 years and COBRA WAS 1250.00 a month no way I could do that. I have been crying for days not only have I lost my job but my insurance and I am so overwhelmed and stressed out I don’t know what I am going to do.

My experience with E-Health was mixed. The web site was somewhat helpful, BUT when I called to asked for help and information, The person that I was talking to went through me giving all info to make a decision. After all that, pressured me into needing to enroll right then and there. When I told him that this call is only for help in making a choice. I was told to have a good day, and I told him that I will not be forced.
I never even got around to calling them -- I simply took a look at all the reviews, and when I saw that literally every single negative review was answered with the same canned response, no personalization whatsoever, it was patently clear that the negative reviews about bad customer service were all very likely true, and the few positive 5-star ones were all very short (single sentences) and most likely fake. I'll move on.
I spoke to an agent named Ron who I found to be very very helpful in choosing a plan. I will admit before calling I went down on their website and done some of my own homework so I pretty much knew what I already wanted. My plan sold out to another company who is not under contract with my care team so I had no choice but I feel like I got good service. I know you can't please everybody but I feel like they did a good job with me.
