To the hospital, I was frightened and I do not speak Turkish. I was immediately given an interpreter, Heda Akbas,who helped me through the emergency room process and stayed with me with her colleagues, Karen Can and Hekim Habibullah. They were so much help and Hekim went with me to the airport at midnight to get my luggage. The people in administration, with whom I paid the bills for the hospital, Korey Temin and Esra Koca were also wonderful. I especially want
to thank all of the very fine and professional nursing staff on the 8th floor. They were so kind, competent and responsive to every need we had. This is Avery wonderful hospital.

Our time at the facility was truly remarkable. We were thoroughly impressed by the care and hospitality provided by the team, especially the leader of the international patient care team and his colleagues. Having sought treatment for a kidney transplant, we were welcomed by the nephrologist, whose expertise and compassion made a significant impact, along with her wonderful assistant. The surgery was performed by a skilled doctor, and we are grateful for his positive demeanor. Lastly, I want to extend my appreciation to the nursing staff on the ninth floor, particularly the team leader and her colleagues, who were incredibly supportive. We also want to acknowledge the cleaning team for ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
