I can rate the help that this company has showed me. Normally with no telephone uk number and just online contact. I thought it was going to be long. However these where on point. And a down to earth helpful lady called me back after a email. And showed me the problem. That a third party may be the problem. So I got it resolved. But missed the 14.30. And they still sent it out later the night. So I will get it the day after that. But no nonsense. Really. I'm very happy. They have taken so much anxiety away from me.
Right edit... I'm get my delivery tomorrow. That's some real service. They saw and helped.
And all this for free! Bloody free. . I'm old and grumpy. And not easily pleased. Im a double happy And these lot just keep helping me.

Quite Good

The service is quite good; my prescription arrives the next day. It's fantastic that there are no fees, but I must mention that I bought some inexpensive flower, and it was very low quality (I have experience in this area). On the positive side, the vape cartridges are excellent. Their communication is also good; whenever I email, I usually receive a response the same day.

I recently switched to this service based on a friend's recommendation, and honestly, everything has been excellent. I completed the eligibility check, shared my medical records (which was easy), had a brief call with a representative, and received confirmation of my eligibility within a few hours. I placed my first order, and the menu offers plenty of options for various budgets, including some well-known strains. My order of 30g of high-grade flower and two vape cartridges was delivered by 11 a.m. the next day. If you're considering this type of medication, I highly recommend giving them a try. I've dealt with other clinics before, but this one has been the best by far.

Chaotic Process

The entire clinic transition has been chaotic; I still haven't received my medication after three weeks! I would rate it zero if possible—I'm utterly disappointed. They have no phone support, which is puzzling. My previous clinic was poor, but at least they delivered on time!

I had a terrible experience. I’ll be completely honest; they refused to serve me due to past issues with another clinic. This feels discriminatory and unacceptable! If you're unable to provide proper service, perhaps you shouldn't be in business.

I was assessed by a doctor who was fantastic, clear, and supportive. I've been with the clinic for a few months now, and the level of support has remained exceptional since day one.
