The program is great, easy to use. Customer service is acceptable but it's not a true 24/7 availability. The way business is run more by contracts and agreements rather than a human experience is unfortunate. While the program is good, it's sad that a company focused on wellness isn't keen on the humanity of reasonable communications or expectations. Read the fine print, friends.
I have been attending the Weight Watchers meeting at Schertz, Texas. Our leader Susan and her assistant Allison are amazing. Susan is well spoken, knowledgeable and so supportive. I have been a member for about six months and I have lost almost 50 pounds. I would not be so successful without attending the meetings. If you are in the San Antonio or New Braunfels area and want to lose weight look for a meeting lead by Susan, start tracking and learning the program.
Basically stole my money to provide no care at all from care team and took 1 month with 1 week between each message to my care team. Do not waste your money or time. Go with Noom. I’m so disappointed and they would not refund me. Don’t do it. Just don’t.
Buyer beware. I just went on the new app (2026 version) and saw that WW has been way over charging me. I have been on a plan I started about 5 years ago, paying $44.95. The plan I've been using is essentially $18 per month, so years of being overcharged by WW. I asked WW customer service if they would at least offer a credit for several months to offset how I been overpaying for the app for years and was NO.
This company has become a scam. I signed up for the GLP program - not weight watchers. Apparently I don’t qualify based on my BMI but they still charged me and want me to send all kinds of information even though a medical professional of theirs says I don’t qualify. And wouldn’t based on my initial “application.” But I can’t talk to them. There’s no phone number for this program. And the person at the chat for WW wouldn’t help at all. Called the main number - on hold for 40 minutes. She was at least nice but couldn’t do anything and “escalated” my problem. I’m sure I will not hear from them. I’m worried also what might appear on my credit card statements. They are truly a scam and I’m going to report them to the FTC.
I’m paying $75 a month for a year and cannot get out of it. They did not not get prior authorization for a glp1 but still make me pay. I am stuck with this payment and no treatment. They are criminals. DO NOT sign up they do not hold their end of the deal and still expect you to pay
The company engages in misleading practices. I ordered what I believed were the necessary pills, paying $25 upfront and then $74 per month, only to discover that the pills were not included. It was presented as if they were part of the package. When I tried to cancel, I learned that I am locked in for another year! I was unable to remove my credit card details. The representative claimed I hadn’t read the 'fine print'. They suggested that cancellation was possible at any time. Now I’m forced to dispute the charges and cancel my bank card. This industry appears dishonest and largely unregulated. I initially thought the company was credible, so I didn’t check for complaints. After this troubling experience, I found numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau, echoing similar concerns about deceptive contracts and unclear terms regarding the medications, stating that the monthly fee does not cover them. Some complaints indicated that the company refused to allow cancellations on misleading subscriptions, leaving customers with ongoing charges without receiving anything. There are claims of a potential class action lawsuit forming. This situation presents an opportunity for misled customers to join in. The industry currently operates with minimal regulation due to lenient laws, but changes are likely, and the company will face consequences for its tarnished reputation and financial losses.
I quickly returned to my account to cancel my membership upon realizing I had accidentally chosen the incorrect membership term. It indicated that my membership would end a year later. I contacted the support team, but they were unhelpful. The platform is deceptive, doesn't operate correctly, and they refuse to refund my money. This feels like a scam, and they pretend to be caring. AVOID!
The website offers no options for requesting additional information or asking specific questions. The only available choices are related to program selection and payment methods. I refuse to pay for something without knowing more about it. How am I supposed to choose? Regardless of how I answer the profile questions, I'm left with the same three options. I attempted to call for assistance but had no luck; I was put on hold twice for over 20 minutes each time before finally hanging up. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business.
This has been incredibly frustrating. I began using the service over 100 days ago, but then it lost all my tracking information and won’t allow me to input anything, whether it's food weight or activities. I received no notifications about this so-called "update." When I contacted the support team, I was told there were updates on Monday and throughout the past week. I canceled my membership, but now I'm being charged for another 9 months. I want to stop this payment due to the loss of all my history in the app. This isn’t my fault, and I’m extremely upset that they won’t assist me. Honestly, just starving yourself would be just as effective.
