Edit 17 October - After my initial review, the company emailed me asking to change it to a positive one in exchange for a refund of the money they took from me without permission! I ignored this as it felt dishonest, wanting to prevent others from being deceived like I was. The company has now claimed my review is 'fake' and will be removed unless they verify me! Why is Trustpilot allowing this? I can prove my review is genuine! They signed me up without my knowledge when I made a one-time purchase on another site they are linked to. I received emails stating I would be charged three days after 'signing up,' and their customer service was unhelpful and evasive. The only way to avoid charges was to pay to cancel my unwanted subscription. This must be illegal! I'm still trying to resolve this, but they insist on email communication while the charge is due tomorrow. Appalling; stay away if you see this company pop up during a payment!
