well I guess I am one of the unlucky one. On ours all of the forehead lights go out when the mask is either flat or bent to form around your face. IF you bend it the other way the lights work so it's not a light/bulb issue. Tried calling and I had bought this for my wife for Christmas 2024 so my 12 month warranty is expired. Would think from a customer service perspective they MIGHT do something to help, maybe offer up refurbs if they have them or possibly a discount for buying yet another one but nope. I'm completely SOL and they wanted me to buy from scratch, which will never happen. Hoping that mine isn't the start for other folks and that their units start to fail right after the warranty expires.. Anyways not sure if this is the place to ask but definitely will need to buy another one so looking for suggestions for ANYTHING BUT MEGELIN...Thanks for listening to my vent. This just hit me wrong....
I ordered 2 items. Only 1 item was deliverd although it showed both items were suppose to be in the box. The box had been thrown away and I called Megelin at least 6 times over a month. I emailed several times. Each time I received a new person who had no idea what was going on and stated they would expedite the order to a manager. The last call 2/2/26 I heard dogs in the background, so I presume it was a lady in her living room who was reading off a script. The company gives no other way in which to contact them or reach any other employee of the company. It has been a month now with no progress and no assistance. Avoid this company if at all possible.
When I purchased the mask and the mat, it showed me receiving a “free gift”, which showed as some kind of sheet mask. When I received my order I did not receive the “free gift”, so I called the company. They stated it didn’t show on my order and it is random. Called customer service and currently waiting a response.
I am extremely satisfied with the mat; it's wonderful after exercising or right before sleeping. I decided to explore red light therapy due to a knee injury, and I genuinely believe it's benefiting my knee. The support team was also very quick to respond to my inquiries.
I'm really impressed with the red light therapy device due to its affordability and durability. However, it would be great if they could consider a design that allows for cordless use, making it more convenient for everywhere after charging. Additionally, the delivery was prompt, and I received my product without any issues.

My feedback is regarding the customer service, as my LED/Laser bed is on its way to me. I placed an order over the weekend and had a question about something I believed should have been included based on their advertising but wasn’t. I emailed on Sunday, and someone responded that evening (impressive) and updated my order to include the missing item. I thought it was excellent service! Then, shortly after, I noticed a lower price for the same product during Cyber Monday sales. I emailed again asking for a refund of the difference, and upon waking up today, I found a refund applied to my card! Not only did they process it quickly, but they also didn't make me wait like most retailers. I can’t praise their customer service enough. Definitely 5 stars! I’m really excited to receive the bed!
