The experience shopping at the…

The experience shopping at the Williamsburg store was great. However, I was disappointed that the earring backs that came with the set I purchased somehow have become loose really quickly. Almost losing one of my earrings due to this, and having to replace them with another set I had which is not gold and tarnishing quickly. This was really disappointing, as it happened in under 3 months since purchasing.

Don’t fulfil orders already placed

Ordered two rings in store to collect from the London store as the assistant advised this was the best way. Was advised the rings were in stock in the London warehouse and should be with them in the next few days. 1 week later my order is still showing as being processed even though the rings were showing as in stock & available to buy online. I waited a few more days before contacting and the rings for an update and the rings are now showing online as pre order for 1/2 weeks time. I contact Mejuri who advise they are sorry and ours will be shipped in a few days. The day comes and still no update. Checked online and the rings are now not advising a date they will be in stock. Contact Mejuri again to be advised it will be almost 2 months before the rings are sent. No longer able to trust they will send these at any point as they have clearly been selling these to other customers online instead of filling orders already made. Awaiting a refund. Awful service

Paid $400 for piercing & items missing from delivery - customer service never responds

Paid $400 for piercing, and was told to come for a downsize after 2 weeks. After multiple cancelled appointments found out there are no parts for smaller piercing backings and I’m left with drooping studs. Not a great look, poor value, poor communication. UPDATE: be careful shoppers - they say oh well make it better just write the help desk. EXCEPT they don’t respond!! My latest order was missing a whole item, and they won’t get back to me, so I’m now out $300 in addition to piercings that don’t fit. bEWARE.
