I have scheduled a piercing appointment at your store in Toronto- Ossignton on Saturday morning. I did receive the email with the very unreasonable 5 mins max delay time. I’ve done everything I could to cross the City and be there in time, but traffic is unpredictable and I was late by less than 10 mins. I was declined the appointment with no questions asked. The staff member was rude when I tried to explain. If you offer this service please be more flexible and respect the time client’s are putting into this. It reflects at your brand image as a whole and I have no desire to purchase anything from Mejuri anymore.
When I emailed with a problem, I had an instant acknowledgement of my email, then a response to the problem within a day. No other company has ever been that responsive! My issue was addressed and solved quickly. The slogan, “Buy your own damn diamond!” is sassy and empowering!
I experienced a very courteous and quick response to my inquiry regarding a problem with the back of my earrings. After that I was asked to fill out a warranty form and was sent a prepaid return label. I returned the earrings and received a new pair shortly thereafter. I was very impressed with the customer support and timely replacement.
