We are very satisfied with the service, having received several items that we truly appreciate. However, we did order a juicer for next day delivery, which unfortunately did not arrive. This issue seems to stem from the courier rather than the service itself, leaving us quite disappointed.
Reaching out was challenging and the assistance provided was lacking. The items did not meet my expectations, and I had to wait all day for collection. I had no choice in the timing and had to take a day off work. Additionally, returning the items cost £6.99, and there was no email or text confirmation for the pickup. I was informed that if they didn’t arrive, I should contact the return service again, which I dread since they didn’t respond last time. I had to call through the order line to receive a response, and the representative was not polite. While I might shop again, the service needs improvement.
I had an excellent experience with the service, starting with the friendly and efficient customer support. There were discounted products available that day, and I appreciated the absence of hard-selling tactics over the phone. As a customer, I could choose from the current courier service options for my area, and the support team was very understanding. Overall, I would rate my customer experience as five stars.
This dryer is a lifesaver; the task of drying clothes used to be exhausting. No more clothes draped on radiators or hanging over doors or banisters. Clothes dry quickly and evenly, and it operates very quietly. I wish I had purchased this dryer much earlier. Highly recommended!
