Placed a pickup order and got home was missing the large sub I ordered . They first said they would deliver then called back to say manager said no . The only thing worse than getting home missing part of the order is knowing I paid for it and didn’t receive it . Crust is usually burnt on bottom , too many kids playing around instead of focusing on customers and orders

Went here for Valentines Day Dinner. Server was great. All of the staff are courteous and friendly. The food and atmosphere are ok. Kind of noisy when the restaurant is full. The biggest downer was, the price of the Valentine meal. There was a preprinted menu with a few choices that we could make. For two adults without additional alcoholic beverages, it came with 1 glass of champagne, was $65 per person. I just don’t think the value for the meal was worth it. I feel The Melting charges too much. I think the only way to eat here is when they have a “special” going on.

We got there early to sit down and got told we don’t have reservations anymore. The owner did not even try to accommodate us when we showed him our confirmation email that we had reservations. We made them a good month in advance. It was terrible service all around would never go back here again.
