I've ordered a G59-2 Dashcam 4K front / 2k rear from Mercylion for my VW Touran (2024)After confirming with Mercylion with photos of my rain sensor the Dashcams arrived rather fast within a week to switzerland. Installing the dashcam with the provided youtube videos was possible for me. The videos were easy to understand.After installing the front dashcam, my car mechanic wired the cable for the read dashcam to the trunk, but unfortunately the cable was a little bit to short.After contacting Mercylion's customer service they first offered me a longer cable for the rear dashcam, but since I spent quite a lot money on the car mechanic's work to wire the cable through the car, I asked if its possible to do a 50 cm custom extension cable. They forwarded my request to their team to evaluate if its possible to make such a custom cable and after a few days they confirmed, that it's possible and they would send me the extension cable free of charge. I must say I was impressed of the good customer service.The dashcam works exactly as I expected it to work and the video feed is great. So being happy with the dashcams and the customer service i'll give Mercylion a 5-star rating. Thanks!

I got a dash cam for a Honda and it came with the perfect mold under the rear view mirror. About 8 months into it something went wrong with the camera and would keep rebooting. I reached out to Mercylion and they were so helpful and after troubleshooting, they realized that the camera was faulty and they sent me a new camera. They really helped me out with the issue.
So far, so good! Excellent customer service from the Mercylion team. They communicate well and have assisted me promptly with getting the right dashcam for my Audi, which is now on its way. I read all the excellent reviews on Trustpilot, except the 1 who clearly didn't read what EVERYONE else has said about Mercylion's products and service. The only 1 star review on the site...strange that! If Mercylion do what the review unfairly accuses them of, then I expect EVERYONE else who purchases from them would provide a 1 star review too, but no other.
My mercylion dash cam works greatI installed it in my 2023 mazda cx5 and you can't even notice it very well hidden and from out side of car with Factory tint windows can't even see the camera lens. Has good picturesHighly recommend it

He had access to a variety of electronic products since childhood due to his family running into an auto repair business. And his childhood toys were auto parts. This made Murison interested in in-car electronics. In 1996, Murison successfully entered the college to study electronic science and technology.

In 2000, Murison graduated from college and joined HBC Company, which is engaged in the research, development and production of automobile reversing radar, as an engineering assistant. In HBC, Murison acquired a great deal of knowledge about automotive electronics and had a wide understanding of this industry. Murison's love for automotive electronics keeps him fighting for it, and his achievements in HBC have not stopped him there. Murison wanted to create his own company and develop high-quality products that can bring a good experience to car owners. In 2006, with the support of his family, Murison left HBC and set up his own company. During the start-up period, Murison invited his college classmates and high school alumni to conduct research and innovation in the field of automotive electronics. On the basis of the original reversing radar products, Murison developed a new generation, radar with camera. It can be understood as a reversing radar system that can realize image and video functions. This has laid a solid foundation for Murison's future brand road.
