I first considered purchasing a device from Mercylion in December 2024. I reached out with questions about the brand as it was new to me and I got a great response. I ended up making the purchase in Jan 2025 over CNY. I bought a full camera and display set for my motorbike.It came as expected, exactly as shown on their site. I had to make a minor cabling adjustment to be able to install it on my bike and we were ready to go! The device worked well for a few weeks and then one component started malfunctioning and I reached out for support. I was met with a friendly approach and they offered to send a replacement straight away. The replacement component similarly lasted a few weeks and then malfunctioned. I reached out again and was met again with a friendly response and we agreed the device may have some defect. They took the device off their website so others couldn’t buy and send me a different model to try (again free). This one is working much better no issues! Overall top notch company, minus 1 star for some hassle but I would recommend

Interest is the best enlightenment teacher. Murison, the founder of Mercylion, was born in 1978 in an ordinary working family. He had access to a variety of electronic products since childhood due to his family running into an auto repair business. And his childhood toys were auto parts. This made Murison interested in in-car electronics. In 1996, Murison successfully entered the college to study electronic science and technology.
Motivation
Love is the driving force of lifelong strive. In 2000, Murison graduated from college and joined HBC Company, which is engaged in the research, development and production of automobile reversing radar, as an engineering assistant. In HBC, Murison acquired a great deal of knowledge about automotive electronics and had a wide understanding of this industry. Murison's love for automotive electronics keeps him fighting for it, and his achievements in HBC have not stopped him there. Murison wanted to create his own company and develop high-quality products that can bring a good experience to car owners. In 2006, with the support of his family, Murison left HBC and set up his own company. During the start-up period, Murison invited his college classmates and high school alumni to conduct research and innovation in the field of automotive electronics. On the basis of the original reversing radar products, Murison developed a new generation, radar with camera. It can be understood as a reversing radar system that can realize image and video functions. This has laid a solid foundation for Murison's future brand road.

In 2011, Murison led his technical partners officially entered the field of dash cameras. In the same year, he developed the first real dash camera and began to accept customer OEM production services. With the company's business gradually on the right track, Murison launched the new dash camera brand Mercylion. With considerable experience, solid technology, and stable and honest operation, Mercylion entered the global vision in 2016.
