Corrupt platform, arbitration policy is designed to favour franchise sellers, do no expect to have any support when buying AS IS vehicles does not matter what year or KM. Instead focus on buying from EBLock, at least they have proper buyer assurance program.

Unacceptable Experience with Hidden Damage

The service sold us a 2021 vehicle with hidden structural damage that was neither announced nor flagged in the listing. We only found out after the purchase, once the vehicle was already in our hands. The arbitration process was unprofessional and dismissive, clearly prioritizing the auction and seller over the buyer. There was no accountability for a significant defect that should have been disclosed. This was not a minor mistake; it cost us time, money, and trust. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service.

Outstanding Service from the Entrance Staff

The representative at the entrance was exceptionally professional, far exceeding the standards of his colleagues. He was friendly and wished me a happy new year. Dressed impeccably in uniform, this was the best experience I've had at this location!

Deceptive Sale & Frustrating Arbitration Process

The service sold us a 2021 vehicle with undisclosed structural damage. This issue was not mentioned or flagged in the listing. We only discovered it after the purchase, once the vehicle was already in our possession. Their arbitration process is completely unprofessional and dismissive, seemingly designed to protect the auction and the seller rather than the buyer. There was no accountability for a major defect that should have been disclosed. This was not a minor oversight; it cost us time, money, and trust. I recommend avoiding this service.

No Surprise They Have Such a Low Rating

It's no wonder they have such a low rating; this is the worst service ever. They allow franchises to overprice their vehicles, claiming there are no issues until you actually receive them. Mine had suspension problems and they claimed it wasn't covered, conveniently ignoring a warning about an electrical issue. Now I'm stuck with a car full of problems. My advice: stay away and opt for auctions where you can inspect the car yourself.

Extremely Unethical Practices

This is undoubtedly the most unethical auto auction I have encountered in my years in the industry. The employees are borderline malicious. They used to allow dealers to post comments about their experiences, but management removed all feedback to protect poor-quality sellers. The so-called inspectors seem to be paid off to hide known defects. For instance, I was told a vehicle 'needs a jump start,' which suggested an alternator issue, but upon delivery, the engine was seized! Additionally, they take your money without providing a title first, and if you complain, they charge you a fee. I urge everyone to share their experiences and avoid this service.

Missed Scheduled Inspection

They couldn't even be bothered to show up for a scheduled inspection. I recommend avoiding this service if possible.

Fake Arbitration Policy

Their arbitration policy is not genuine. There is no option to unwind the deal. The diesel vehicle has engine noise, which they refuse to cover, claiming it's upper engine noise... The condition report is also misleading.

Lack of Transparency in Vehicle Condition

They sell vehicles without providing proof of their condition through pictures or work statements. Anonymous employees claim you need to buy a classic car before you can inspect it. It's utterly ridiculous.
