Disappointing experience. Delivery was delayed by weeks, and when the foundation finally arrived, I was eager to try it. Initially, it blended well and matched my skin tone. However, within half an hour, my eyes started burning. I contacted the platform and received a refund immediately. Looks like I'm returning to my previous product!
After nearly a month, I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. Their automated service keeps sending generic emails, which is frustrating. When I inquire for updates, they say they are working with their distributor, but FedEx confirmed the package is lost. I asked how they plan to resolve this, offering two options (refund or reship), but I received no response. I believe they should reconsider selling internationally if they can't manage the customs process or provide adequate support. I'm extremely disappointed: good marketing means nothing if other aspects fail. Losing $120 hurts, but it hasn’t benefited the company and they have lost a potential customer.
If there were more stars, I would give even more. Amazing products, I love them all. The foundation is soft, light, and natural. The eyeshadow has great colors and lasts all day, the blush gives a healthy glow, and the lipstick is the perfect nude. The bronzer is nice, and the mascara is excellent. My favorite brand. Delivery was very fast. Big thumbs up for customer support.
