I placed an order over a month ago and I am still waiting. The only reply I get from the company via the AI email isthat it’s still in transit. I find this totally unacceptable. I’ve asked for a refund to no result, beware if you live outside of Europe. I understand that packages can go missing how long do I have to wait this is totally unacceptable and I’m not very happy at all
I am very satisfied with all the products I purchased. The Changing Foundation applies much better with a brush than with fingers – it goes on smoothly and provides beautiful coverage. The finish looks natural and even. I would definitely recommend these products.
It's by far the best customer experience ever!!! Unfortunately I did not like the foundation and I was not impressed with a setting spray. MERODA refunded my whole purchase! No hard time, no asking for some proof... I was super impressed!
Reflecting on all the money I've spent over the years on countless eye-shadow shades that I ended up not liking makes me feel a bit nauseous. I never received my initial order because the company failed to pay a deposit to the shipping provider. They generously offered to send a replacement, but it seems they didn’t investigate the shipping issue at all (despite my numerous emails detailing the situation), as the shipping status of the replacement is identical to that of my original order. I now feel certain that I will never receive my order and believe this company is entirely fraudulent.
I really enjoy this Foundation; it performs well, although for highly pigmented areas like age spots, a bit more concealer is necessary. The Foundation meets my expectations, and while it is slightly pricier, it lasts a long time. My only letdown was not receiving my gift, as those little details matter, which is why I rated it four stars instead of five.
