With my hand on my heart, I can honestly recommend this brand. I have a genuine interest in cosmetics and I’m studying a field related to them, so I pay close attention to product quality. Their formulas are excellent. The mascara is one of their biggest hits — I’ve received so many compliments since I started using it. The liquid blush is absolutely wonderful, very long-lasting, and highly pigmented. The setting spray is fantastic; it doesn’t leave droplets on the face, and its sprayer and texture are perfect. The changing foundation with SPF is gentle, creates a natural effect, and looks beautiful on the skin. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND — TRULY AN AMAZING BRAND!
My experience has been very disappointing, I have tried to contact the PostNL and Meroda, customer service via emails, to no avail. It's been 2 weeks and a half of the last tracking information and still I have not received my order. I have given them plenty of time and maybe through this review they can at least get in touch with me. Order ENG132471, I want a refund.
I never received the order and I live in Uruguay. I’m not getting any clear answers, and I’m the one who has to contact customs and find out what’s going on. If you don’t even know how the import process works for a country, then either figure it out or don’t ship to that country. Cause I lost my money. you say you offer international shipping, I assume you have these matters sorted out and I expected the order to arrive at my place.
Product was delivered and packaged nicely- foundation went on well and adjusted to skin tone but I felt it was a bit light in colour (maybe because of summer tan) made my skin look smooth and no transfer of colour. Did not need as much product as shown on videos for coverage.Because I had issue with the unsatisfactory colour matching, I asked for a refund (100% guarantee) but ONLY $15 was offered for a refund - when I politely questioned the low refund amount in relation to the advertised guarantee I was swiftly blocked from further e-mailing to the sites and customer service. Very concerning response
I love how the foundation changes to your skin colour - it really works. I’m really happy with the mascara, the wand shape is unusual but it works well for me and my lashes look good. Better than ordinary mascaras - I was surprised. Just bought the eye shimmer stick - it goes on really well - but think I chose the wrong colours as the gold doesn’t suit me. The Meroda brand seems to be good, but I’m still undecided whether it’s better than my Jones Road or just a different concept.
