No product has arrived

I ordered my colour changing foundation and other products nearly 4 weeks ago and tracking is showing it’s still in Amsterdam, I’m in Australia, I have contacted Customer Services on numerous occasions and just get a standard reply from a robot, I assume. I would like a refund, as per their website, but am getting no joy or answers.

Great product...was pleasantly pleased

Considering where the product is shipped from, the delivery was quick. In regards to the foundation, this is amazing. I have rosacea which varies in degrees of redness, so I was sceptical. I am pleased with the coverage and it doesn't irritate my skin. Will be ordering again.

I purchased the foundation

I purchased the foundation, lipstick in ‘pink’ & the foundation brush. It did take some time for the products to arrive (Netherlands to Australia) and so I sent emails to enquire as to what was happening. I had a reply within a day & then follow up emails which put my mind at ease in terms of not being scammed. The products are lovely & feel wonderful on my skin. The foundation really does blend to match your skin tone. The pink lipstick is too dark for me. It’s more a brown with a pink undertone so if you love pink this is not the one for you. It is a lovely quality though.

Totally dissatisfied as I never…

Totally dissatisfied as I never received my order , a month later and all attempts to contact the company ended up with the advice to be patient and that sometimes they are late and can't do anything. Not even investigate where my parcel is or any longer refund my money back.
