I was really impressed with the foundation, setting spray, and mascara. They went on smoothly and lasted throughout the evening. I would highly recommend them. My daughter is now asking for a bottle too. It's amazing how effective they are.
I was intrigued by the colour-changing foundation and decided to try the other products from the brand too. Having done so, I can confidently say that I am very pleased, and everything performed just as advertised. I look forward to incorporating these products into my daily makeup routine :)
I am very dissatisfied with my experience with the company and feel misled. There is a significant lack of transparency about the product's origin. Although it presents a European image, the products are actually made in another country, a detail hidden until the package arrives. Additionally, the packaging quality is unacceptable. My order came in a damaged and cheap-looking box, making the products seem inferior to the advertised "premium" quality. Lastly, the customer service has been frustrating. It took over a week of persistent emailing to get a clear response about a refund, with slow and vague communication that seems designed to delay the process. If you value transparency, high-quality standards, and reliable customer support, I suggest looking elsewhere. This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend engaging with this brand.
I placed my order weeks ago and have yet to receive my items. They seem to be stuck in the postal system, but it doesn't matter who is at fault. When ordering from another country, one expects good service from start to finish.
