--- Review of All Day Auto Transport If you're thinking about using All Day Auto Transport to move your vehicle, do yourself a favor and don’t. I hired them to transport my car, and the driver they contracted managed to damage it — visibly and undeniably. Both the dealership and Geico (the driver’s own insurance provider) confirmed the damage was caused during transport. But here’s where it gets fun: because the driver’s deductible wasn’t met, Geico told me I’d need to get the money directly from the driver. The driver not only refused to pay but also responded with rude, disparaging comments that were as unprofessional as they were unnecessary. I turned to All Day Auto Transport for help, thinking surely they’d stand behind their service. The owner tried to contact the driver — multiple times — but ultimately the owner had no authority in making the driver do the right thing. No refund for the failed transport. No accountability for the damage. No support beyond a few phone calls that led nowhere. So now I’m stuck with repair costs and a sour taste in my mouth. If you’re looking for a company that takes zero responsibility and leaves you to clean up their mess, All Day Auto Transport is the one for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
I called All Day Auto Transport and got a quote on the spot. I agreed, and Erick Wright had a driver at my house within a week. The car was delivered from NJ to Miami, FL in just 4 days with excellent communication from both the company and the driver. I had previously booked with another company that dragged me along, dodged my calls, and eventually tried to raise the price way above what was originally agreed. Not this company—Erick and All Day Auto Transport were GREAT. Pricing was fair for an oversized vehicle and right in line with the market. 10/10 service. Highly recommend Erick Wright and All Day Auto Transport.
Jerry was great in walking us through the process. It can be nerve-wracking worrying about your vehicle being transported by strangers. However, everything went smooth from pickup to drop off. Both Daniels grandparents from New York and Justin’s from Ohio were both snowbirds as many north easterners are , they saw first hand the shadiness of the auto transport industry and started All Day Auto Transport with the goal to make clients feel at ease when shipping a car just as they would feel comfortable with sending a package via Fedex or UPS.
