It is rare to come across a training that is so practically applicable to real-world client and market needs, and is taught in a way that is clear and actionable. I loved not only the methodology and its explanation, but the additional training on how to adapt the methodology to multiple use cases while maintaining integrity and value of the service to the client. I recently completed the four-day certification to become a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. I had participated in a more traditional approach to leadership coaching, but this really blew me away.This workshop was packed with short teaching sections, lots of discussion and lots of interactive practice using the Stakeholder Centered Coaching approach. Brandon kept the pace moving and held our attention really well. Can't wait to start using what I learned in a business environment to help successful leaders get even better. And I believe, too, that everyone deserves a Stakeholder Centered leader.
